Makes no damn sense! Compels me though.

F.A.Q.

5.Q. WHAT IS THIS PROJECT?A. this is a traditional, collaborative, vaguely guerilla zine dedicated to Knives Out and Glass Onion. It will be split into two sections - one for each movie. Anything and everything is welcome. No money will be made off this project in any way, and the zine will be released digitally for free. I am keeping open the possibility of a P4P physical run, but that will be discussed with participants.Q. WHAT CAN I SUBMIT?A. please note that you must be 18 or above to participate in this zine. You may submit anything that is rated 16+ or below and is related to either movie. This is a Benoit Blanc zine because he is the connecting thread between the two, but you do not have to include him. You can submit sketches. You can submit existing posted work. You can submit moodboards, collages, ASCII art, macaroni portraits, etc etc etc. You may also submit videos, music, and gifsets, but keep in mind there are limitations to how those will be viewed. We will aim to layout your work in the way that best showcases them. See this zine for an example of what this project will look like.Q. WHAT ARE THE LIMITS?A. Please only submit one piece of fanwork of any kind that YOU have created. Writing can be no longer than 2500 words and must be a WORD DOC (.doc/.docx ONLY) or uploaded through GOOGLE DOCS. Art must be at least A5 in width (5.83in/148mm) and 300dpi (.png/.jpeg/.pdf/.psd ONLY). I will converse with you if a submission needs to be modified. You may not submit hateful or bigoted rhetoric. Do not whitewash nonwhite characters. With the confirmation of Benoit Blanc as a gay man, I ask that you honour that and do not erase his sexuality.Q. HOW DO I SUBMIT?A. Please join Press Manqué's discord server [under construction]. Updates will arrive in the coming days, along with a submission form. This is the only place where we will be accepting submissions. All communication relevant to the zine's creation will be delivered solely through discord.Q. WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE?A. Submissions will close sometime in late January [date TBA], or at 20 submissions per movie. Participants can submit existing work or create something new before then. The zine will be released in March or April.Q. WHAT IF I SIGN UP BUT NEED TO DROP OUT?A. Do so at any point. This is a low-stress fandom event.Q. WHAT IF I MISS SIGNING UP?A. We are not anticipating a great amount of interest in this project, so don't worry about it and contact us via the Press Manqué discord if you're reading this after submissions close. Any second editions will be announced there first.

PRESS MANQUÉ

those little stories you hold close to your chest—let us take care of them just as tenderly as you do.PRESS MANQUÉ is a Melbourne-based zine press that wants to dissolve the shame of falling short. We know what it's like to lose, we know how much it hurts to have your work—that piece of you—rejected. So, to the best of our ability, we hope to curate as many stories as we can, from as many different creatives as we can.

i'm tired of the capitalistic view towards fandom zines! i want to make and release ridiculous zines containing ridiculous content with more people who are having more fun and i'm not joking!

let's all aim for a little more satisfaction in life. for me, that's snipping loose threads, fixing typos and helping make silly little zines.

Please join the Press Manqué discord server for the submission link and to meet other creatives on the project! A reminder that you must be 18+ to participate in this project and any other Press Manqué publications!

WELCOME TO GLASS KNIVES.
